About ISACA Riyadh Chapter

ISACA Riyadh Chapter had a great comeback session after a long gap on 19th Dec 2009. The topic was "Governance, Regulations and Managed Services" by Mr.Samer Omar -GM (ITS)2.

K-NET, formerly the Global Information Repository (GIR), has been specifically developed to benefit members by all existing the burden of identifying and retrieving relevant and reliable information vital to keep pace with technological change. Through K-NET, pertinent knowledge has been sought, identified and peer reviewed, then organized into logical categories of interest and concern.



The Riyadh Chapter is affiliated to the Information Systems Audit & Control Association, a worldwide organization with more than 86000 members in over 175 chapters. The chapter is affiliated to the ISACA USA under Chapter Affiliation and ISACA Membership is a pre-requisite for the membership of the Chapter.

The Chapter was under hibernation for past many years due to some unavoidable circumstances. However some members joined hand in mid-2006 and their sweating efforts of more than three years was rewarded with the Chapter revived in mid 2009.
